Small en suite room. Only continental breakfast but it was adequate. Location near tube stations for central London. Within 15 - 20 minute walk from Paddington. Hotel near Kensington Gardens. Plentiful nearby restaurants. Good for a London base.
Been to the troy hotel a couple of times now and always find it clean and tidy. Friendly staff and a really convenient location for the parks and the city centre. Two underground station both within a few minutes walk.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the Hyde Park. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect location for exploring London.
We enjoyed our stay at Troy Hotel! We are a couple, and spent couple of days here. The location is just great, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very basic, it is the only thing we were not super enthusiastic about but the rest was perfect! If we have to come back to expensive London we will definitely be happy to stay here again, good value for money!
I was extremely pleased with the hotel, with the hospitality and the service. I had the most spacious single room - with a fridge, walk in closet, full size mirror, separate toilet and wash cabin. It was immaculately clean. It was the quietest room in the center of London! It was 3 minutes on foot from the tube station! I would definitely stay there again!
Hotel is pretty well located. And all personnel are nice, polite and eager to support and properly assist a guest. Breakfast is simple but good enough. The only thing I didnt like was the shower, it was like a 1x1 built in separated from the toilet. Its not suitable for claustrophobics.
I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was a good size and clean. There was no fridge, but it wasn’t a problem since I visited in winter. There was a TV and an air conditioner in the room. The only downside was the narrow shower cabin, it was quite small. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. The staff were kind. The underground station is a 2–3 minute walk away, and there is also a bus stop nearby. Overall, I didn’t experience any problems and left happy.
